Warranty

BOX IT Design offers a 1 year manufacturer’s defect warranty as standard, unless otherwise agreed in the purchase contract. 

Please note that our warranty does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear or accidental damage caused by the user or faults as a result of negligent operation.

BOX IT Design Warranty does not apply to 3rd party products that are not BOX IT Design branded, even if packaged or sold with BOX IT Design products. Non-BOX IT Design branded products may have the benefit of a manufacturer’s warranty provided by the product manufacturer.

Returns

Returns are only possible for BOX IT Design standard products. Customised products or branded products can not be returned. Products purchased through other resellers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refund policy. Please note that any returns to BOX IT Design needs to be accepted via mail to: support@boxit-design.com
